Continuing Rules of the Bexar County Democratic Party affirmed by CEC June 8, 2010; latest amendments approved September 7, 2010 Texas Democratic Party Rules 2010-2012 including changes adopted by the State Democratic Executive Committee in 2011 Party Rules serve as the foundation of Party activity, guiding all levels of the Party’s operation. The Rules are adopted biennially at the State Convention.
